Yes, I went in and there were 5 and 6 year olds playing laser tag. Big mistake. When they got hit a couple of times they started screaming and throwing fits. Honestly, I agree and think 7 to 8 is a good age.
I am not sure there is an age limit but a child not big enough to carry the equipment would not be wise. I would think around 7 or so would be a starting point.
It varies i guess. They go in by groups. My 6 year old 11, 13 & 17 year olds went in with a friend and went against each other.
I've seen young kids (8-ish) to grown-ups going against each other.
