Why can't we call the store this is vey inconvenient, why do employees act as if you are stupid if you do not know the system or can't find items in the store. I have found that they are either uninformed themselves or too busy to bother.

If you don't like how the run things there, and don't like the employees. Then don't shop there. Easier to go somewhere else. Duh!!!!
