I signed up my little one for swim lessons and didnt have to be a member. You pay for the classes either a resident fee if u live in glendale or a non resident fee. If you go to their website they have the fees listed for any class/club. Or if u go in person u can get one at the helpdesk.
I believe you need to be a member. I would say call them. Family membership may be as high as $500.00 year.
