YES! Do not place family members here. The CNAs are horrible the way they treat and talk to those residents like they animals. The administrator is nice and unit managet is nice, there nurses are ok, only 2. I’ve met out of 6 different ones I’ve spoken too that even know anything about anything. AND THE DON IS COMPLETLY ABSENT.. I’ve heard of her but never have seen her or met her, in my eyes she doesn’t care.
