You have to call or go there and see if they have that model on the lot. Then they tell you where those models are then you have to check each vehicle if it has the part(s) you want. Then with your tools you remove them and then you pay for them.
They have about 20 Ford trucks on the lot they won't know of they have one that will work for you , you just gotta go down and match up with what you pull

100% with Bruce on that answer. Also know that there is a lot across the river as well and you'll want to check both if you don't find what you're looking for at your first stop. Admission will get you into both and, at least for the things I've been looking for recently, visiting both is worth the time.
