Yes, as long as you know approximately what day you bought your items(within 2 days or so), what you paid with, and depending on the situation, how much approximately the receipt was for. They have to know the day you bought it, that's the most important part.

I think if you paid with a card,they should be able to. They do pull up the transactions with the card to do exchanges and returns.
