Yes they do have carry on bags
The Walmart in front of the mall does. I checked online to see if they were in stock and they were. They have the "pilot" bag (which is the little one that has a slide out handle and you carry it on) for a little over $16. If you only need that, you can buy it on the Walmart app and indicate pick up at store and they will pull it for you and have it ready. But there may be other items there you may like better so I would probably go in and take a look. Hope this helped.
