Is this Walmart on 12th offering COVID 19 vaccinations yet to the 65+ age group. I have been unable to get an appt at either St. Lukes or St. Als. Thanks.

Check out the crush the curve website. They list a number of sites and call each vaccine site multiple times a day to see about appointment availability. That's how I finally got my grandma an appointment.
