It shows you exiting the room and placing your specimen on the countertop, signing the document that stipulates that the sample is yours and has not been adulterated. Around 3 minutes into the video it shows you receiving instructions to provide a second sample because your first sample was well under 90 degrees as allowed by DOT. Around the 3:45 minute mark it shows you refusing to provide a second specimen and then, as the MA stepped aside to get you a second collection cup, you are seen reaching over to retrieve your motorcycle helmet and the specimen you provided for your employer, ripping the bag open, spilling the urine all over the floor and countertops. Around the 3:55 mark the video shows 3 employees in the room with you asking you to put the specimen down and at the 4 minute mark it shows you handing the specimen to a MA.
