You'll mostly charge at home versus at a charging station. In my case at home it's about $7 for a full charge (300 miles), which happens at 30 miles of charge per hour (10 hours for full). Normally I charge each night after using 10-20% battery, so the cost and charge time are smaller. Superchargers are meant for long distance travel instead of daily charging. They charge at 72-250kw, which is between 280-1000 miles of range per hour. Normally a Supercharger visit is between 15 and 45 minutes: a little slower than gas, but not noticeable if you use those stops to use the restroom, eat, stretch, etc. Supercharger costs vary as well by location and time of day, but it's generally less than half as much as gas in the same location
We have owned our Model Y for 4 months. I would agree with all of Ryan's information. We just completed an 8200-mile trip where we used Superchargers with no problems. The charge time was 15 to 25 minutes, with cost 1/3 to 1/2 of gas. We also charge at home.
