As others have mentioned, they offer 2 hours of validated parking at the Portsmouth Garage half a block north. Have the lady at the reception desk by the door on the first floor validate your parking card when you leave the restaurant. The garage has really reasonable rates in any case.

Parking is bad in this area, so we used a Uber.
