Since Covid I have not shopped in the USA for 3 years. I was across the border last week. I wanted to use my Kohl's credit card, Niagara Falls Blvd. The clerk said it was outdated and I was refused a new one. My credit rating is excellent. ????

Your account is probably still open, just not active. Go online and check or just call the 800customer service number. They do this as protection for card holders that have been inactive. Also make sure a new plate wasn't mailed and not received.
