We have a ten year old male cat. We want to get another cat. Would an old female cat be compatible? Both are fixed.

As the other person said, it depends on the cat. We haven't had much problem at all melting new rescues into our family. In fact in the last year we just rescued another for and everything is wonderful. Of course, there's going to be an adjustment. The length of which again, depends on the cats.
