It is up to you to read your warranty and understand what is covered and what is not
I've only had wonderful service from this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Nancy, it is not the responsibility of the dealership to cottle people. The young buyer has a responsibility to educate themselves and ask questions. Hand holding the younger generations is what has made them incapable of dealing with life's issues.
They've always explained every aspect of my warranties so there were no questions about it. And my car was always taken care of. Unfortunately you may have run into the one person who probably ruined it for others.
