Last time I was there they had 4 different one silver gold bronze and platinum, the more you use them they go higher in color and you get more perks like free stuff, like rooms concerts stuff in thier stores. Its really not that hard to switch levels either. Its pretty fair
They have three basic tiers, Ruby, onyx, and Sapphire. If you're a veterans they have a veterans version of those tiers. They also have some equivalence with the Caesar rewards tier if you go to those casinos. Check their website the rewards page has all the info.
