I have a Garmin nuvi 3790 and the front part of the screen it had a block on it but you can still see the map. I was wondering can my GPS gets sent to your company there to be repaired.

Garmin support is awesome, call them for help. You can exchange/repair at the Olsthe location

Their Olathe facility has a customer service center that can provide diagnosis for the problem and give you options for repair or replacement.

Anyone near Kansas City can walk into their customer service shop at their headquarters too.

I was able to call them up and get a replacement at that location.
