Keep her off her leg(bed rest, no play, no jumping) just keep her quiet till tomorrow to make an appointment with them. Best of luck(momma to a lab with past/current torn ligament/sprain leg issues) they will most likely give her an anti inflammatory shot and 10 day anti inflamitory tablets
