If i have a friend that wants to fill my tank and all they have is a credit card and there in another state can i give them the credit card number and my friend can buy my gas without actually being there

Pretty sure due to so much credit theft & fraud most businesses no longer take card numbers without the physical card being at the point of sale. Best option is to have your friend try and buy an online gift card for you to use.
