Wow, that is upsetting, the protection plan you pay for is not for Wal-Mart it's for the company whom owns the product. The item you have brought will be covered by the company. So let's say you brought a Sony TV all you need to do is call Sony and tell them what is going on. You are covered for if you brought a two year plan you will be for the two years.
