It's all based on destination, weight, and size, so it's hard to say without the website or going in person. If there isn't anything fragile, you can send the suitcase as is but do know there will be an upcharge if it's not packed into a standard box. - a former employee
While I can't give you an exact rate, I can tell you that the mileage will make it pretty expensive. But another factor is how quick you want the shilping to be. As a base, I'd estimate $50 would be a good starting point. I hope I'm wrong, but I believe I'm fairly close.
