Yeah, I recommend just being up front with them and see what happens. People have bad things happen to them that can affect the score. They'll look at more than just the score.
It really depends on the situation. They run Credit and background checks and then look at your income overall so with that income your credit score may not matter, and at the same time could very well be just fine. They are a Suns community so they usually run lots of move in specials and deals.
