In most cases & where available, most Home Depot stores near the ENTER doors there are bins for bad light bulbs, batteries. I heard they may consider more items to recycle but not sure what yet if they had not started already. Hope this info helps.? All else fails, you can always stop at the service desk & ask for information. YES THEY DO MR. POULIN.! Maybe the store you go to but most do recycle & I seen it while on vacation at HD in Twentynine Palms while with my family whom does construction work & watched him put the old batteries in proper bin.
