I was told many times once they expire, they are expired. You could of used them On-line. Next time buy anything on line and have it shipped to the store and DO NOT pick it up. After a week they will restock the idea and you will get the Kohls cash back by email.

That is a great question. I would call and ask if there is any room for an exception.
