Parking in the area is not simple during business hours. Probably the simplest is to park on the big shopping center, ~$2/hours, I think.
Yes, but good luck finding it. You have to drive around for some time, and don't forget to feed the meter and print out the receipt to leave on the dashboard if you don't want to get a ticket.
