Yeah, probably on break as Karina said because they open at 11AM and close at 7PM supposedly if they didn't change it from last time which was 5PM because of the quarantine. Other stores around that area also sell K-Pop stuff but mostly BTS and Blackpink to catch fans' attention though they do have other things you just have to look around. The K-Pop store also doesn't have EVERYTHING official and in general everything is overpriced. You can also try the store "Too Cool" that may be in a local mall but for sure I know it is at Fox Valley mall. They have overpriced things as well but some of it I would just buy because it is cheap -- like the sticker packs and just one clear photo card. You can also shop Hot Topic for BT21 merch. If you are looking to buy BTS albums do not buy at the kpop store. At Target or Walmart it is around $25 and at the kpop store it is around $40.
They are probably on lunch break, but in Chinatown there is plenty of other stores; however, none sell offical merch nor albums
