We moved to Portola CC in January 2018. This is a wonderful community. Very active with many events. Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Tennis In addition to golf. Wonderful clubhouse with many gatherings open to the Portola Community.
Joanne, i do not live there. I have a girlfriend that goes to exercise with me, who lives there. It is a gated community, no guard, and consideted private property. When I was with the Sheriffs/police dept, i would patrol thru there 1 time a week..never at same time or day/night. You may want to check and see if the HOA has a website. Portola Palms. Unless they have changed the name.
