cause that is the only type of places out there there is no such thing as a good room and board
I think that is because they often work with people that have that kind of issue, but there job is to help people improve there living conditions. And they do give people choices one of the problem might have some thing to do with that fact that they should pray for help and help will come. Being blind to a miserable situation is awful, singing a happy song to keep your spirits up is awesome.
