I'd definitely be contacting the corporate office for either the correct info. (Ph.#) on how to contact the specific JB in question or MAKE YOUR COMPLAINT DIRECTLY TO CORP. 😉 I'M SURE THEY'D BE MORE THAN EAGER TO LISTEN. GOOD LUCK IN WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE TO DO. IT IS VERY DISPLEASING TO GET UNEXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU PAY & WAIT FOR WHAT YOU EXPECT TO BE EXCEPTIONAL THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME THEN NOT!!!!!! IF NO ONE EVER REPORTS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE NOTHING WILL EVER GET RECTIFIED/ADDRESSED. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ONCE AGAIN... PS A CLOSED MOUTH DON'T GET FEED... LOL
Get the locations number off the internet. Call and ask for a manager. Tell them what your unhappy about. See where it goes from there.
If the standards are low at the local level, whomever you would reach by calling the store probably won't do anything to improve the situation. Go to wwe.heyjackbox.com and tell them at the corporate level. Oh - and be sure to thank the elected officials who effectively jacked up (did you see what I did there?) wages across the country and all industries by paying people more to stay home and NOT work than they would have made by actually working long after businesses were allowed to reopen.
