At this time of year some companies will only use the automated system. They can't answer questions over the phone due to peak times. In the building customers take presidence. Most questions can be answered on the web site.
That's a staffing problem not enough associates to go around.Try calling In at a time when It's not To busy and see If you have better luck.
Pretty simple equation dirt understaffed probably underpaid can no one wants to take the time to answer the phone on the other hand when you walk into the restaurant and you're the one in line the phone rings dancer it right away while the paying customer stands there anyway I hope this helps I mean look at it this way when you walk into Bass Pro you barely get a hand anyway most of the time you got to look for people it's kind of like walking into Home Depot no good help or just too lazy help
