Yeah! I know they have warranty about fish, you call and explain what happened with your crickets or go directly for sure all the workers are so kind; so sorry about your crickets😢 and I hope they can give you others, good luck!😉
If you still have the receipt, you can try to take them back. I know PetSmart has a guarantee on fish (7 days, I believe). I'm not certain about crickets, however. A manager might be willing to help you out, regardless. That's what I would try. Good luck.
