I think there are but to the south side of the main entrance and away from view. Not a trustworthy spot but there is a guard surveying the parking lot! I would chain mine to one of the main supports out front. Other than that you would need to speak to a store manager in order to secure it inside the store itself!

No. There's no bicycle racks availability. You are responsible for all your belongings. HEB, however does maintain a visible security patrol vehicle presence. That's a powerful deteraint. Wish you the best.
