Why doesn't HEB have electric shopping basket pullers to help the male and females get those baskets quicker to the HEB Customers? It's ridiculous. Target has them and the job gets done faster.

Perhaps customers can stop leaving carts everywhere instead of in designated corrals which are there to help workers expedite returning carts.
