Has anyone else experienced TERRIBLE service here? We dropped our vehicle off before 11:AM today and were told it would be 3 hours TOPS to complete the work a/c recharge and hose replacement) its e STILL haven't received a call nor our vehicle.

I've ALWAYS had consistently good service at my Firestone . I make an appointment on-line , show up on time and my car is ready promptly

It's been awhile since i was there but yes i was with my sister she needed it a tire put on and to rotate her tires it took them 4hrs .

I have had good service at all the Firestone stores I have visited. Sometimes they do get very busy

Sorry I had great service there. Stopped in early am with flat tire...it was fixed while I waited and they were very friendly...
