This is one of the best family business I know of. Very honest and knowledgeable in the glass business. Definitely not rip offs like some out there.
Sounds like one of your lifter arms or slides are broke you'd have to bring it by so we could take a look at it Get an estimate on getting it fixed or just getting it close and disabling it
