Is the item number the same as the one on your receipt.. also this area is not for questions like this. This is to ask the google community questions about the store. Please call them. But it your receipt is the same item number as you recieved. Then that's why. This is a great computer offers low prices on quality items. I just drive to them to save shipping cost. Why not call and see if they help.
If for some reason they sent the wrong item by mistake, they should have no problem reimbursing the shipping cost, they were quite good to me,,,, just make sure u ordered the right part
