New to NJ transit... The bus system seems confusing. Trying to get from Allwood P&R to Port Authority on weekends; what's the best way by bus? 192 only runs weekdays? 191, 195? Also do you pay for a specific bus or open faire?

You have to pay for zone 4 for the park and ride. Either 191 or 195 will take you there. Check schedule and leave yourself plenty of time.

I've been taking the bus for over a year and I still get confused. You pay for the number of zones that your trip takes you through. So from Allwood P&R to Port Authority, you're paying for 4 zones. On weekends the same buses run, just not the express versions. You should check the schedule on NJ Transit's website or app to see what time the bus leaves.
