Usually memorial day. They do run ads in clipper magazine for 30% off fabrics every once in a while. To be honest, the prices are already pretty low without the sale, the sales just make it super cheap.

This place is a warehouse with many fabrics. Don't expect all the trappings of a slick, major retail chain.
