Plz I need pizza

Doug lies to you I'm afraid. They do not have good pizza here. They have good ingredients... I'll give them that at least, but unfortunately the base for those ingredients... the key to any pizza... (The Crust) just simply isn't so great. It is soggy, limp, and rather tasteless. They certainly didn't use a slow rise for the dough which develops the flavors. They haven't done much else to develop the flavor either. For that matter, the sauce doesn't have a lot of flavor either... which is a shame because it's otherwise a good sauce. It just needs a bit of salt. So, in the end you have rather tasty toppings like artichokes, fresh basil, etcetera on a soggy bit of tasteless crust with tasteless sauce, and it's kind of high priced too. If you want good pizza here in Fort Myers... I don't really know what to tell you. About the closest I've found is the downtown place where they sell by the pie it the slice. They don't have as great toppings, but they have the sauce and crust right.
