When you eat in, yes the bottom gets soggy due to the hot pizza going on cold metal. If you order to go, the pizza is still 100% perfect.

Phoebe, that sounds right to me. You'd think that they would fix that because it's just awful. Furthermore, it's easy to fix. Vent the metal pan... Maybe preheat it... elevate it... do something. Other places manage to serve pizza without it becoming a soggy mess. It can't possibly be beyond the realm of pizza science. I did enjoy the artichokes, basil, and red peppers, but the crust was awful. That, and honestly the sauce was just bland... which is sad because you could tell it was a good sauce. It just needed salt... maybe a bit of other seasoning wouldn't hurt either, but that is a personal taste issue. The lack of salt is pretty much a universally held taste problem.
