Called the deli on Congress in Boynton Beach. The phone was answered, and I was asked to hold which I did for 15 mins. Called back and this time it was for 28 mins. I never placed my order nor will I. Is this usually how phone orders are handled?

Never ordered by phone. Complained to head office regarding service being poor. They responded immediately. It has gotten better but not up to the way it used to be in their prior location
