Yes it is. Doesn't interfere with the venue at all. I believe you don't even have to enter through the casino to get to the amphitheatre.
Caesars Entertainment owns both venues They are attached but the concert area has a separate outdoor entrance and parking area, currently a portion of the parking is under water do to flooding but it does not Interfere that much with the events
Doesn't affect the show. Those staying the night can watch free from their room. This cove is outside.
