If you call them and tell them it is an emergency, they will do everything they can to get you in immediately (so no, you don't necessarily need an appointment in case of emergency). They prefer at least a phone call so they can have an emergency team at the ready. The only time they have ever turned anyone away is if it's close to closing, they may refer you to Urgent Pet Care if they believe your pet may need extended care.
We couldn't agree more with Christina Sheilds' answer. We will do our best to accommodate an emergency situation. For non-emergencies we prefer and recommend an appointment.
They are really great and as others have stated your pretty much covered♡ ♡♡iluvaminals♡♡ :)
best to call ahead. E.R. id take to Animal Hospital if possible. its a Vet clinic so take it as that. Basic animal cares all id trust them with. My dog likes it there. they give lots of snacks im guessing
I needed my dogs nails cut. Called them blam an hour later done. They are great.
I can't even get them to schedule an appointment for my dog when I request it 1+ week in advance. 😒
It is recommended to make an appointment but they will try to accommodate emergencies. We have never had a problem making a same day emergency appointment.
