When someone orders a bouqet of flowers ,are they fresh made or just taking out of cooler? And if they turn brown and droop over dying next day is that just how it is or can they get refund?

Yes,but do toy have to say fresh flowers or do they just give you out of cooler? Because my husband spent good money on mine and next day they were browning and dying.roses never opened and other flowers just wilted.i told him to never order again from redoak hyvee.

There is a cooler of pre-made bouquets. I believe if you call a day or two ahead, you will get fresh flowers.
