I have 2 garages and a carport and I pay 995.00. I personally feel the rent is high for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The building is not as clean as it was when I moved in. The laundry area is dirty and 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry. Water is a set rate of 27.50 per month and my electric is 140.00 a month. It all adds up!
Call the management office. When I first moved here two years ago, it was 755. There are yearly increases when you renew your lease. Every apartment is differently rated, I'm guessing. Depending on where its located... but overall the rent is decent for the area. I would call management and see what options are available.
