You can be tattooed at the age of 16 in Florida. You do have to have parental consent with a notarized form that you can get from the tattoo shop or from the health department website. It is up to the shop it they tattoo anyone under the age of 18 or not..

They check and make copies of IDs before tattooing, and Florida requires you to be 18.
