Sadly, this sounds about right for this location. There is no quality or pride in service or product.
The service is lousy took23 minutes to get two quarter pounders they were over cooked(burned)asked for extra pickles got two mini slices the temperature of the sandwiches was approximately the same as the lobby70 degrees they were dry cold and the cheese would crumble didn't even have look like anyone even tried to melt it. I was lucky compared to a lot of other customers who had their orders messed up and then had a hard time getting anyone to fix it. This was my second visit to this McDonald's and I'll never go back, the first time wasn't any better but l gave them the benefit of the doubt and they are two for two and I'm not going to go for three for three

Even worse service now with new management! ...but a great Burger King just up the road!
