Is there anyway I can get permission to fish? I was fishing just today and got kicked out and told that they will call the cops. Why put in fish if no one is supposed to fish for them?

I would suggest asking Game and Parks where it's legal and where its illegal to fish and who you should ask if you come across what seems like a desirable fishing spot that seems unclear either way. You do have a fishing license I assume?
