No atvs are off road use only, he however can ride in his yard or property but not on public roads or walk ways, i have had my run ins with the police about my atvs and they helped me understand what i can and can not do
I live in glenover and this past summer I have someone riding a 4 wheeler and what looks like a bicycle with an engine on it. He wears a helmet with both but there isn't a flag on the back. I've even seen him use my driveway (which can be accessed from the alley) to get to the street. I'm worried that with all the factory employees leaving with their shift over, hes gonna get hit. So I was just wondering.
