As a response to the owner, thank you for answering and that's a fair point about the pan size. Regardless, the straight calzones are not working for me. Is there any way to request the old way?
Hi Brian, We changes the process of baking our calzones a few years ago from crescent to straight to ensure that our awesome, fresh ingredients and all the cheesy goodness filled the calzone from tip to tip. It also guarantees that our spring water dough is cooked to a perfect golden brown all the way through. The google images are a bit deceiving. The crescent calzones were served on a 10” pan. The “straight” calzones are now served on a 14” pan. The amount of dough is exactly the same and there are even more fillings. The normal response when I bring a calzone to a table is, “Wow, that is huge!” I hope that answers your question and that we will see you soon.
