The food tasted fresh and on their website it says the seafood is served locally fresh everyday but I'm not sure if all the seafood is. But it all tasted great and fresh. I didnt get the impression once that it wasn't.
Some of the shrimp were stuck together like they were frozen. Maybe caught local but not fresh.
